The duty of supervisors

The Lord is always interested in relationships. So He provided instructions in the family between wives with husbands, husbands with wives, children to parents, parents to children. The human family is the training ground for relationships in the workplace so God provides instructions for employees and in today's study, the Lord provides instructions for how supervisors, bosses, and leaders are to care for and treat their employees. All of these instructions assume the people involved are Spirit filled believers who are surrendered to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
