Higher Ground

This is the first of a group of 15 Psalms called "Songs of Ascents" or "Songs of Degrees." They were reminders to God's people that we are pilgrims passing through as temporary residents in a fallen sinful & wicked world. 10 of these Psalms were written by Godly King Hezekiah, 4 by King David & 1 by King Solomon. In this Psalm today, we learn 3 principles to encourage us to walk on Higher Ground with the Lord in a fallen, sinful world.
